UPDATE: Owner returned our messages after we left. Said she worked 12 hours so she didn’t answer the phone. Not an acceptable excuse IMO. If you have a business with hours posted, you honor those hours by being available. If you can’t, you hire someone to answer your phone during those hours. I was very frustrated and upset and she told my husband she’d call back because she didn’t have to listen to that. Super nice couple that runs this place...They're not only good about getting right back to you with a solution at hand but are also mindful to accommodate requests... such as payments dates,etc...The place is clean & secure & well lit for us little girls that go by ourselves after dark...
The owner with a slightly impaired elbow could probably out-bench me and I highly respect that.
These storage units are great for anything you need stored. The owners were upfront, personable and very respectful. They did not hide any details of billing and explained to me exactly what i would pay, how i could pay and when i needed to pay. They are continually adding improvements to the location and assuring me of the safety of all my equipment and other items.
