In order to move forward with a home refinance, we had to have a mold inspection done in one of the bathrooms. The associate was on time for the inspection and very patient with all our questions. He took the time to explain the process, make recommendations, and he even stayed a little longer just to chat. All in all, he made what we had originally thought would be a painful process very easy and comfortable. 5-stars could easily have been 6-stars if that had been an option.
