had an excellent facial experience at a spa in Brooklyn. The environment was exceptionally clean and welcoming, and my skin feels noticeably softer and brighter. I would highly recommend their services and look forward to returning.
Amazing experience. The massage was excellent. The facility is very clean and pleasant, wonderful people. Highly recommend for everybody to book an appointment there.
So very unfortunate. I was not really expecting Manhattan level services, but this is just preposterous. I do not know how well the rooms are sanitized, but the BATHROOM had excrements all over the toilet inside and out AND there was MOUSE poop all over the floor in the bathroom. Highly unlikely that all this poop appeared in one day. HIGHLY UNSANITARY conditions. I will be reporting this place to the Department of Health. Too bad I saw all that AFTER the massage!
Such an amazing experience, the staff were great, fast, efficient, and so kind. Great hospitality and very professional. Oksana was the best. Definitely going back. Recommend 10/10
