I have been to the spa twice and I had a good experience. Facials are great and looking forward to booking another one. Great customer service they go above and beyond.
Stay away! I booked an appointment with Nadia, but she was late and the customer service was highly unprofessional (also rude scheduling lady). Furthermore, the location is very odd—it’s hidden away in a residential area, which feels out of place. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
I bring my daughter to get facials. She’s incredibly thorough and takes her time. My daughter has had issues with her skin and her skin always looks so clean and clear after leaving here.
I had a very disappointing experience here. The quality of the massage itself was average, but what really stood out—in a bad way—was the staff’s attitude. From the moment I walked in, they seemed uninterested and borderline rude. There was little effort to be welcoming, and communication felt cold and dismissive.
