Rude customer service. You cannot exchange the gowns too even if you bought same day. I don’t know how to reply. I bought 2 gowns for my daughter’s 1st birthday i went twice in the store same week after i bought. The price tag still there.

Had a really great experience here!! I had really low hopes and I didn't think I would find anything that fits me (5'5, 158lbs, 34G brasize), but the last dress I tried fit perfectly! Beautiful colour, and I didn't even need to wear a bra with it (which I thought would be impossible with my chest and body size)!! We came without an appointment, and the lady working there was super helpful and dedicated a lot of attention to us :) so happy!! Lots of beautiful and very flattering dresses here, highly recommend!

Is the worst experience, we wanted to go and check 2 dresses for my daughter and the lady at the entrance didn't let us go inside, kind of rude when she said a couple people just stole a dress, so what she was telling us...that we looks like a robbers??.. they can buy antitheft devices if they are so worried, but how they treat customers is unacceptable. They have to add in the store info that the store is closed and just open for appointment. If they want to keep losing clients, keep going with the worst service ever.
