Previously, we purchased multiple dresses from Oksana – Cross Iron Location. Unfortunately, that location closed down. My sisters were in from out of province and we all wanted to purchase dresses (at least 4) for an upcoming wedding. We attended the Sunridge Location, only to realize that it was only open by appointment. Access was restricted. My daughter had the best experience purchasing her prom dress. Oksana recommended a dress that she fell in love with and we ordered it right away
Really good quality and price
Rude customer service. You cannot exchange the gowns too even if you bought same day. I don’t know how to reply. I bought 2 gowns for my daughter’s 1st birthday i went twice in the store same week after i bought. The price tag still there.
