I want to give a specific shout out to a lady that works there, I believe her name is Lana. She did one heck of a good job. She was majorly hustling around, from bride to high school students looking for prom dresses. Clearly she was super busy but when she gave you her attention it was undivided. My daughter found her dress there. It was a good experience, she was undecisive the first day and the 2nd day with no appt made they were able to squeeze us in. (we're from out-of-town). Bought a dress from them had to have it shipped ! They shipped me the wrong dress and are not phoning me back ! They obviously dont want the dress they sent me back cause they have offered no solution to me They gave me 2 different stories as to why and ended up deciding to blame the employee even tho the employee showed me the tag and what she ordered so I know it wasnt her! Horrible service ! Beware buying from here! Photos are of the dress we bought and then the dress we got !
