If I could rate this doctor zero stars I would! Horrible doctor! The first experience I had with her was in March… I had numbness of my face. She told me to ice my face and take IB Profin even though it wasn’t an injury. The next day it was worse.. went to the ER and was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. It’s important to start steroid treatment as soon as a MS flare starts, but because this doctor dismissed me that did not happen. The second encounter was this week. The doctor is nice, positive and friendly. Answered all of my questions in professional way.
After going into urgent care (which has an amazing staff and is always a pleasant experience), Dr. Kushnir did not listen to my experiences in UTIs and overlooked my symptoms, dismissing it as something more which resulted in ending up in the emergency room for 5+ hours and a $250 copay two days later. She scolded me for taking prescribed antibiotics from my urologist the night before, not taking into consideration that this would affect the lab work and therefore the presence of bacteria in my urine. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ‘doctor’. The absolute worst care I’ve ever received. My pediatrician was not open after hours and had to take my kids to immediate care. On two separate occasions, she provided terrible bedside manner and complete lack of knowledge. She told me that my 3 year old with a cough, fever over 101 and respiratory issues didn’t have the flu because she was walking around. Said ‘she doesn’t look like she has the flu’ .
