I recently worked with Cynthia from Dr. Akapalo's office, and I have to say that despite some past difficulties with the office, Cynthia was extremely helpful in trying to get my mom an authorization to see a specialist. Very thorough on diagnosing,and explaining if you have questions.staff is very friendly also.
Called to schedule appointment. Staff was so f*n rude. I couldn't even understand the man because of his terrible accent but he refused to help me. Never go here!
