Dr. Okpaku, Laura, and Mary have been–by far–some of the kindest and most supportive mental health caregivers (and staff) that I have ever encountered throughout my time managing my mental health. I’m finally leaving this provider. The VA is also going to stop sending Veterans here which is a huge win. Been with them 2 years and I can’t ever get a hold of anyone. They don’t answer the phones, and their voicemail has been full since first started. I’ve been without my medication for two weeks and my provider didn’t answer when I called 3 times at my scheduled appointment time. Had a telehealth appointment set up with them through the Va. Appointment had been set up for a month but they never called for the appointment like they were supposed to. These people didn’t even have the common decency to let me know if they canceled or if something happened. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
