We bought a lease back in December, a 2025 VW Atlas Peak Edition. We were having some issue with some of the technology as well as one of the roof rail systems. These folks were fast to fix each of the identified issues with attention and detail. The staff at the service centre were very friendly and helpful in getting everything put in order.
This was my first time bringing my new Vokswagon in for a service. I was just going to do the oil change due to finances and was told it would be around $210.00 as the final cost. I am almost at 15,000 kms so I would be due for my first minor maintenance package soon too. I called another dealership earlier in the week and decided not to do it yet due to the cost. Car repair was as expected, guy at the counter, priceless! So funny. 100% best service guy at a VW counter. If you’re from the area, no brainer on this location, if your from as far as Airdrie, still consider it! Might be worth your while.
Performed standard maintenance service on my vehicle. Staff were pleasant and helpful when addressing concerns over items installed and charged without prior notification.
