This was my first time bringing my new Vokswagon in for a service. I was just going to do the oil change due to finances and was told it would be around $210.00 as the final cost. I am almost at 15,000 kms so I would be due for my first minor maintenance package soon too. I called another dealership earlier in the week and decided not to do it yet due to the cost. Car repair was as expected, guy at the counter, priceless! So funny. 100% best service guy at a VW counter. If you’re from the area, no brainer on this location, if your from as far as Airdrie, still consider it! Might be worth your while.
Performed standard maintenance service on my vehicle. Staff were pleasant and helpful when addressing concerns over items installed and charged without prior notification.
Excellent service. Very friendly and professional staff. We were told by our regular service center that we should have an alignment done. So we were going to have it done here. But after asking a few questions and looking at our vehicle, turns out we didn't need one. Really appreciate the honesty. 100% would recommend.
