***DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE***Your money is better spent elsewhere. You should be able to give a 0 star because that’s what this place deserves. While washing my truck, I first noticed there was only a dribble of something coming out that was supposed to be the pre-wash. So I couldn’t use that setting. I then washed all around with soap, and switched to the brush. The brush looked very old and could probably use to be replaced. Not much soap even came out of it but I kept going. If there were under 1 star this carwash wouldn’t even be deserving of a 1 star rating. Place is garbage. Second time I’ve used this car wash and been over charged due to their machines not functioning properly when stopped. Stopped at 6$ and charged my credit card for 20$ as well as putting 20$ in toonies in the first visit and the machine not working, and then reimbursed for less than half. Terrible staff, service, and establishment
It takes a lot for me to write a poor review. This place keeps going downhill. I have tried to give it many chances, no more.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD AT THIS CARWASH. Back in July I washed my vehicle here and realized the next day I was significantly overcharged. When I went back to address the issue, the manager was extremely rude and hesitant to even acknowledge the issue. After finally getting him to actually look at the cameras to check the time I was there and left only then he agreed to look at my bank statement of the charge. I don’t know why I bother with this wash. Products are poor and you get almost nothing for bug wash/soap. They charge a premium car wash price for budget small down car wash product.
