I purchased a vehicle in Sep/25.. I purchased a used vehicle at Okotoks Nissan. I am deeply disappointed in my purchase due to lack of transparency of the fact that this used vehicle was smoked in and this information wasn’t disclosed to me. Upon viewing the vehicle it was freshly detailed and shampoo’d so I didn’t detect the odor until about a week into ownership. Ordered a part for my vehicle, was told it was a few week wait. I called in to check on it after a month and it wasn't in. I still haven't heard anything and its been weeks since I placed the order.
I purchased a vehicle in Sep/25.. I purchased a lovely used vehicle here mainly through texts and phone calls as I live in another province. I found all my inquiries answered in a prompt manner. For the most part the salesman was organized and very punctual. At time of my arrival he had everything ready for me, offering me refreshments as he knew I had travelled 5 hours.
