I stopped in to look at a specific vehicle I had in mind. There was no one in the showroom and no one greeted me. I walked around looking at vehicles in the showroom and no one asked if I needed help. I walked out and commented on their Facebook page and they deleted it. Horrible customer service. Go elsewhere.
I have purchased two vehicles here. Both were great experiences. Chris McNabb is an amazing sales person and has always been there for any questions or even just for a chat and it's been nearly 5 years. Just dealt with the service department, and my advisor Jesse Weisner was great to deal with. Did a great job listening to my requests and kept me informed throughout. It's obvious the team at Okotoks Ford is well managed and care about customer experience.
Walker Joyce was absolutely fantastic from the beginning through to the end of my purchase experience (even after!). He was always available, very attentive and took the time to show me everything I needed. He was patient while I figured out what that looked like and continued to be available for the many questions that I had throughout the process.
