Stepson made a payment to this business by accident and they will not refund him. They state they did not cause the problem. Has consistently blamed anyone handy, accounting , the bank etc. This is simple. You own the business and pay bills. All your other normal bills get paid. Why you feel the need to keep almost $2000 in an accidental payment made to you for going on over 2 months now is not acceptable. Dont like what I have to say, too bad. I booked Okotoks Lawn & Garden for work in a specific area of my yard. I confirmed the EXACT areas in writing when booking and again the day BEFORE they arrived. Despite this, they are now claiming their team lead was told something completely different “on the day of” — which is not even logical given I had already confirmed the scope twice in writing.
