My experience at Okotoks Home Hardware was disappointing. I ordered a package of lumber for an addition with architectural drawings supplied. The materials were delivered and over the summer the structure was built. In the end I had quite a bit of extra materials....estimated at 20% or so. While the process of purchasing the materials was satisfactory, the process of returning the extra, which I consider to be significant has been anything except desirable.
