I had a window crack when the BBQ was placed too close. I called Okotoks Glass and asked about replacing the window. They asked that I provide measurements. They very promptly replied with an estimate. The following day they came out and took a precise measurement, advised it could be supplied in 4-6 weeks and requested a deposit. The window arrived within the estimated time frame and they sent it out the next day giving me a one hour window for arrival time which made it easy to plan my day.
