I would like to express how professional and supportive Okotoks Glass Windows & Doors was for our DYI project. My husband & myself created a new install of our north wall on our home, due to tornado damage. We previously had 2 windows 109"L x 57"H we needed to replace, and install. We bought 2 new windows 8'H x 7'W. Upon trying to find a professional installer no one wished to handle the windows because they were not purchased by the window installer. I had a window crack when the BBQ was placed too close. I called Okotoks Glass and asked about replacing the window. They asked that I provide measurements. They very promptly replied with an estimate. The following day they came out and took a precise measurement, advised it could be supplied in 4-6 weeks and requested a deposit. The window arrived within the estimated time frame and they sent it out the next day giving me a one hour window for arrival time which made it easy to plan my day.
