I booked this week's before because I knew my Bronco would need an oil change when I got to Alberta. The service advisor was helpful from the get go. From the call, to the drive thru service area to paying, everyone was kind and courteous.
I just called The service department and the most beautiful woman Betty helped me. She wrote everything I said down that I had issues with with my car and read it back to me when I went to High River Ford for the same issue inquiry they shut me down immediately, so I have never had such a wonderful experience just with the phone call and I hope to be doing service with them soon. Thank you Betty You are wonderful.
Negative rating if its available. Feb 14-Had my 2017 F150 towed to the dealership due to misfire & flashing check engine light. But the vehicle would start. Feb 17: got a call from service advisor, advising me that the truck needed new camphaser and catalytic converter. I informed them to go ahead with the camphaser but not the catalytic converter. Very expensive, however they do a good job.
