I arrived for my delivery at 7:00 AM. There was only one truck ahead of me. By 9:00 AM, they had only unloaded three reels from the front trailer. I explained to the driver ahead of me that I had an appointment. He was kind enough to let me go first and even walked over to the forklift operator himself and said, “Go ahead and unload him first.
