I have 10 years scheduling experience for specialists in Denver Colorado and just received my bachelors in healthcare development. I try to make an appointment because I need it at soon as posible due to my results on my labs, and the front desk are rude and they told me that after doing my new patient packet they could give me my schedule and they haven’t and I really need it. I call again they told me that at 9:45 and I call after and they told me the same thing. like they could tell me in a better tone not like if they are mad or yelling. They should to better on their front desk with people that have empathy, and that are nice and treat people good!... read more
Wish I could give him Thousands of stars! After being basically dismissed by 8 doctors (even from other states) not wanting to admit that with all my symptoms that don't know how to proceed....Dr. Okoli has and is going above and beyond to (genuinely) not only do research but also discuss with other colleagues my history and symptoms.
