Worst place to go to the front desk worker's are very unprofessional and rude the dr. Okoli is very unprofessional horrible place to go to wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone ever
We have met with Dr. Okoli twice for a chronic illness. He seems like a good, practical, and caring doctor. However, his front desk staff are uncaring, rude, and inefficient. I hope they get some customer service training, because I like the doctor. I don't understand how you can be so rude, unhelpful, and 'powertrippy' to someone just trying to get help and ask for an update.
He has saved my life more than once. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Okoli and I also really like him as a person
Dr Okloi is the best! He saved my husband’s arm from being amputated and my daughter’s life from West Nile Virus induced meningitis and encephalitis.
