As a contractor, I hired them to do some work on a project for me. They did a terrific job on it. It was quality and timely work and I would recommend them to anyone.
Ben knows what is up for sure. I called him to do some floor in my bathroom, as well as my shower. The funny thing is, whenever anyone comes to my house, they ALWAYS ask, "who did your tile work? Looks great." Hands down, wont use anyone else for my tile.
Extremely well informed and helpful service with the customer’s needs in mind. I’ve got tile from them and vinyl and will absolutely use them in the future.
We were very pleased with the professionalism of Ben and staff throughout the entire process from start to finish. We shopped around at several locations around Iowa and Minnesota and the prices and selection at Okoboji Tile Shop were far better than the competition. There were no surprises or extra add ons and they had every small detail needed to complete the job included in the bid. We were beyond pleased with the work and will be using them again in the future for any flooring needs. Thanks again guys!!

Not customer friendly. Charges 5 times going rates. Would not recommend them.
Great working with Ben. Told him my budget and stayed within it. No surprise additions at the end of the project, best of all the tile looks amazing!
