Was told my 20,000 mile oil change would be free when I bought the truck.But was told I had to pay for the oil change.Because it was past 8-08-2020.But when I called Toyota Company they said because of C-19 the dates had been extended.I should have gotten a free oil change.
Tom was really friendly and helpful. He took the time to check the diagnostic and reset it, no charge. Said to come back if any further probs, and I would go see him again .
It was after 4 pm on a Saturday when we dropped by to have the brakes checked after hearing a grinding noise. Jared got our truck right in and they replaced the rear brakes which was obviously needed. Thank you Okoboji Motor Company!
