Amazing customer service!!!! We have bought 2 mattresses here so far and we love the quality and texture of their products . Free delivery so we didn’t have to deal with the hassle of setting up our beds upstairs. Highly recommend!!!

Five stars! I cannot recommend Okoboji Mattress Co. (and Jim's expertise) enough! We live 4 hours away, but we made the drive to Spirit Lake to purchased our mattress here. The entire experience was wonderful. Jim was incredibly honest and friendly throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand our needs and thoroughly explained all our options. From the moment I stepped into Okoboji Mattress, I liked the style of customer service provided. Jim asked a few questions to get the feel of what I was looking for.. gave me some options and things to think about and then let me try the different mattresses and gave me as much time as needed. I came back several times and he helped me with a selection that worked for my hip problems and also worked on the bed base I already had.
