OKM is my go to contractor for all my real estate clients. They recently helped a good friend (seller) and my son (buyer) by replacing the siding and trim, and repainting. Oscar went above and beyond, we are so impressed with the job well done and the big glow up. We are so grateful for a job well done!
OKM came in towards the end of a long process of getting my home repaired after a tree fell on my roof. They did an amazing job the repairs inside, were timely, and were extremely professional. Everyone involved was quick to respond and worked hard to get me back in my home. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of home repairs.
I was recommended OKM from a friend to finish my daughter’s basement bedroom. Oscar was very professional and quickly came out to give me a bid. He listened to exactly what I wanted done and completed the job to perfection. Oscar and his team has done a lot of work for me and it’s been the best experience, hands down. Incredibly high quality work and great communication. Always a sense of ease and trust when I work with him. They poured us a concrete patio and built a deck about a year ago and just recently did a foundation repair in my basement when we were having horrible flooding. I truly can’t recommend them enough!
Big Loud Shoutout to OKM; especially Nick, Alejandra, and Juan. They took over the final touches, and completion of the sheetrock for a time sensitive, and very important project for our family. Professional, talented, informative, timely, and efficient are words that come to mind. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
