This branch provided incorrect information. I drove up there for wrong information. Instead of valuing me as a customer for over 15 years they basically said we don't care. That's ok. I will take my business elsewhere. Their manager never called me as she was out the second time I came in. This is very disappointing as this is the branch I opened my accounts in 2010.
