Stay away from Lake Thunderbird. Been going here for 20+years. The new parking at Clear Bay boat ramp is the most piss poor design and a complete waste of funds I have ever seen. The camp grounds have not been maintained. Over grown grass, trash cans over flowing, mud covering the rv pads and nothing being done about it. Rv camp spots cost more than any park in the State and most don't even have full hookups. Dump stations notorious for not working and park restrooms not cleaned or maintained.
