Had an underground garage shelter installed recently. They did a great job from beginning to end. Just know that you have to communicate by email. The voicemail message tells you that when you call. If you email, Len will respond and answer. They worked very fast, provided quality work, and it was the best price in the area. The latch to close the shelter somehow was broken off when it arrived, but Len had someone come out within a few days to fix it. We're happy and would recommend.
The whole process was stress free. Len did a great job answering all my questions and concerns in a quick manner. The prices are fair and the installation went smoothly. I am very happy with the service and highly recommend them.
We've been communicting through email, however when it came time for me to talk over the phone to ask further questions about thier storm cellar's they didn't return my calls. Your calls only go over to voicemail. I don't understand how they could have such great ratings when they can't make a sale to me.
OKC shelters should hire a new bookkeeper or accountant. We had our shelter put in, in May 2024 and never received an invoice. We called, texted, emailed the company (I have receipts) and never heard back until today with an invoice for $3300 due today. No regard for their LACK of communication and asking for $3k 9 months later. Conveniently, they probably went through their books because of tax season and now customers are paying the price for their lack of organization. They were very prompt and cordial. Installation was quick and am very satisfied with the stand up shelter.
