Looking back, I realize I have never worked so hard to secure someone's business. I received a quote promptly, and after researching several companies and their reviews, this one had the highest ratings. My husband and I had a scheduled in-garage shelter installation today, and the workers left after arriving at 6:30 AM because we were not told that our shelving on the sides of our garage were going to be a problem. We also were not told that the installation could not be in the center of the garage without an additional fee (worker said 600-700 more). Maybe they have fallen from grace since the last reviews. But they showed up to my property in the pouring rain after telling me they wouldn’t come in rain conditions. I had to take my kids to school 10 minutes away, in the 30 minutes I was gone they dug the hole, places the bottom half and we’re getting ready to place the top. They filled the hole full of trash and when they went to to the final dirt work they slipped wet soil in the hole and didn’t bother packing it in.
