Very straight forward and my shelter looks great. I contacted for a quote and prices were great; I compared to 2 other installers. We agreed and I filed for my permit. They came on the scheduled date and finished in just a couple of hours.
We had a great experience with Len and the crew. You deal with Len to set it up and they have their own crew. The install was quick, not dirty, not too loud. And now I can stop spazzing out and driving my family nuts when the sirens blare. Just make the call. It's easy and then you never have to worry again!
This was my husband and I’s first time ever getting a shelter or anything of this capacity installed. We just got our shelter put in today and so far everything has been great. They were quick with getting it installed, professional, and very kind. Len was very quick to get back to me about all the questions we had and was very professional in helping us with this process. Len was very helpful and answered all questions. Was willing to work with me with a reschedule. Install looks good and operates the way it’s intended in our garage floor. I will recommend this company to anyone I know looking for a shelter.
Great product and install. Tech was very knowledgeable and efficient even by himself with a 2k pound box. Would highly recommend to anyone.
