Called this morning to see if I could schedule an appointment and I was told that I needed a referral I said why would I need a referral if I pay cash called my insurance company? My insurance company said if you’re paying cash a referral is not necessary, so I’m not sure if the front desk person isn’t educated properly on the cash vs insurance policy. I wouldn’t recommend this facility
