Update: to my previous review. It was not working well due to the battery being dead. Replacing the battery helped and it’s running smooth now
Wouldn’t recommend this place. They were supposed to be rebuilding my transmission. After we got it home and put it in it still wouldn’t work. Took the whole vehicle up to them and they determined it needed a pump as well. Then it took 4 weeks (when they said it would take 4 days) to get it back. I just picked it up and it’s not shifting good and running like crap! It sounds worse than when I dropped it off! Had 1987 chevy 1500 we brought it to them on December 31st 2024 . They had our truck for about 3 months then told us we needed a transfer case . We brought the new one in . Paid 1300.00 dollars . Our truck was there for another month or so. They told us it was done so we picked the truck up . The only thing the had done was put the transfer case in .missing bolts ,leaking , transmission still doing the same thing it was doing when we first dropped off the truck. The guys that work there was awesome
Absolutely trash business did a transmission for me. parts missing when I picked it up blamed it on me even though I had pictures before it went. I just ate it and bought new parts barely knocked a piece of dirt off it cleaning it but transmission seemed to be fine I even told a buddy who took it there and they charged nearly enough to buy a new transmission from O'Reilly's even then quoted different price when dropped off then does not back their own warranty after they were told it didn't work they want to blame everyone b... read more
