Had 1987 chevy 1500 we brought it to them on December 31st 2024 . They had our truck for about 3 months then told us we needed a transfer case . We brought the new one in . Paid 1300.00 dollars . Our truck was there for another month or so. They told us it was done so we picked the truck up . The guys that work there was awesome
Absolutely trash business did a transmission for me. parts missing when I picked it up blamed it on me even though I had pictures before it went. I just ate it and bought new parts barely knocked a piece of dirt off it cleaning it but transmission seemed to be fine I even told a buddy who took it there and they charged nearly enough to buy a new transmission from O'Reilly's even then quoted different price when dropped off then does not back their own warranty after they were told it didn't work they want to blame everyone b... read more
94 k1500 they rebuilt tranny, I didn't replace torque converter. Tranny wouldn't shift took it back they did warranty Trans even tho I did not follow there instructions. Trans works good now .
Had them install a shift kit and corvette servo in my transmission and was originally quoted 250 but was told 500+ when it was time to pick it up.. they said they put some clutch’s in it while they were there which doesn’t even make sense but needless to say the shift kit was installed wrong and now it is a big mush box and after a while of that it won’t even shift out of first.. this all happened right from the get go and it only has maybe 50 miles on it and now no gears.. they also called me at 4:30 on a Friday and demande... read more
