they will never bill you and just send to collections.
I find it abhorrent that you use a payment system that tries to sell your patients any services let alone those services completely unrelated to healthcare. I made a payment and on submission, I was redirected to an advertisement page for credit monitoring 😠. For older people or for those who are less observant, they are quite possibly going to get signed up for a product they don't actually want due to the nature of these links. Shame on you.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I received a bill back in end of September 2025 for $48.19. I paid this amount. Service was July 2nd of 2025. 2 items billed to BCBS. Then they billed BCBS later for 2 more items. In speaking with BCBS, they billed twice. I get a bill from them for $606.81. BCBS said I wasn't responsible for this bill because it was duplicated. Their billing department isn't billing BCBS correctly. I have called BCBS and this company every Monday for 3 weeks to get this corrected. All they give me is attitude... read more
I don’t know about these other reviews on here, but my experience was almost as normal as any other surgeon, radiologist, anesthesiologist, etc. that I’ve ever had before. I received a bill approximately a month after the service, I paid it and there were no problems. I’ve also used them in 2024 and the process was EXACTLY the same, so they 100% do mail you a bill - it’s happened twice for me now. Sent debt collectors after me without ever sending me a bill. I tried to call them to discuss this and was sent to an automated thing that kept telling me my entries were invalid... for my own birthday??? I'm pretty sure I know what my birthday is. An absolute disgrace to Oklahoma and our doctors. EDITING to add: I just received a text message for my "overdue bill" ... so they can text but they can't answer the phone when I call??
