Wonderful and welcoming office staff. Dr Richards truly cares for his patients and always goes the extra mile to solve any issues I might have. He takes the time to listen to his patients and won’t stop until he has an accurate diagnosis. I’m grateful he was recommended to me just when I needed him the most.
Dr. Visor removed a cyst from inside my ear. His bedside manner was (and always is) professional, compassionate, and personal. I highly recommend him for any ENT need.
I had a painful ear experience and ended up at Dr. Steven Richard's office. He listens, explains, and gives choices about treament. Nothing he has ever done to my ear has hurt. I have had simple surgical procedures done in office. He has earned my trust.
I love Dr. Richard’s and his staff! He did my 8 year olds surgeries 4 years ago and now he is doing my 2 year old! He is fantastic! I highly recommend him! We are driving 5 hours to see him because I trust him!
