The receptionist was friendly at all and was short with me but the other staff was very nice. The facility was super clean. I definitely recommend.
The staff is always professional, friendly and compassionate.
Have to say I really enjoyed the people who helped do my scan. Keith and Melissa . Very kind and explained everything very well. The medical field has changed but not them . They truly care about doing their best for the patients.

Been using SW MRI > OCOM Imaging for 20 years. No a fancy place, but I am not there for dinner. The service is quick and the ease of scheduling quicker appts. compared to most other places. 03/01/23- Not excited about lady at front desk not acknowledging me until her placement of labels on her files were completed. I dropped my cards and i.d.s and went to sit and wait on her. I do have issues with knees.
