Completely unprofessional! They must not understand if you’re being referred for an MRI that you might actually be in pain!!! They will leave you in pain and not call to verify your insurance for weeks even if you call to follow up! They give you the run around and never do their jobs! Avoid at all costs unless you just like pain.
The receptionist was friendly at all and was short with me but the other staff was very nice. The facility was super clean. I definitely recommend.
The staff is always professional, friendly and compassionate.
Have to say I really enjoyed the people who helped do my scan. Keith and Melissa . Very kind and explained everything very well. The medical field has changed but not them . They truly care about doing their best for the patients.
