These guys are amazing. I am new to RC's and wasn't sure what to expect getting into a new hobby. They explained what I would need to get started and were so helpful. I went in about two weeks later to drop off my quad (I had crashed) and after giving it a quick glance, one of the guys said it would be an easy fix. Five minutes later I was ready to go. When I offered to pay he just waved it off and said "it's on the house". Great guys who know their stuff. Highly recommend.
This place has a good selection of parts for any rc hobbiest. As for the the service I recieved was good but nothing more.
The people they have working are the worst. I asked how they were doing and not a word from 3 people standing around. After getting what I came for which they did not bother to ask if I needed assistance....I told them to have a good day and again nothing. A***holes might actually do better business if they would at least attempt to act like they run a business. I will never shop here again and I will make sure all my family and friends on social media no about it.
dont go to this shop the people there are rude. i will be looking for a diff hobby shop to go to..
this is the worst hobbie shop in oklahoma it dosent even deserve 1 star customer service sucks the people are rude and the dont know what they are talking about, there prices suck, they gave me the wrong parts and refused to fix the problem, and the last time i went there they said they would order a part and it would be there friday and i came back to check on the part and the guy said they have no records of them ordering the part! i wouldn't recommend this hobbie shop to anyone, i would recommend competition rc in moore o... read more
One Star at best! the five star rating(s) have to be the owner or someone they paid to write them. This was the 4th time & last time I’ll ever walk into that store. I have never had a good experience at this store while spending (or trying to spend) my hard earned money. Like today I went there looking to buy a Radio, Motor ESC combo, & parts (total would have been around $600) after standing at the counter for 10 or so minutes watching the two guys setting at their little table trying their hardest not to notice me I walked... read more
I bought an RC Nitro Evader S/T car off ebay and whoah! I took it into the shop because a lot was messed up on the vehicle. The guy was really nice and even instantly stopped his current conversation to help me out. He showed me how to check for bad servos and my throttle servo was bad. He said I could swap my FUTABA servo from airplane to the car when I had asked him if I could. prices are fine, but the people are rude and don't seem to care about support after the sale, even if it's within a month of purchase. Once it's bought, it's your problem, and if you need help, they will condescendingly tell you to read the manual and treat you as if you were an idiot. Keep that in mind, because if there's no support after the sale, then you might as well go there to look, but buy online. I hate to say it, as I always prefer to buy local even if the cost is higher, so long as there is support after the sale.... read more
