Front office staff is efficient but unfriendly at best and unfortunately always are consistently this way. We have dealt with one who was pleasant. All professional staff from nurses to physicians are exemplary. They are professional, kind, reassuring, thorough and even friendly. I frequently refer ppl but warn them about office staff.

My husband had a Dr appointment 9/20/24 with PA Emily Chandler at 2pm, due to traffic slow down in highway we arrived at 2:09. there was no patients when we walked in or when we left. We were driving from 2 hrs away when he checked in and was told by Grace receptionist that he was down at 1:45 so he’s past his 15 minute the office allows. They told 2-3 different stories about why I couldn’t be seen nor worked in to be seen.we explained he’s having heart issues and really needed to see PA. Called me two weeks in a row with their elevator being broke down. . I needed a chemical stress test. Guess they were unable to walk down the stairs.

I saw Dr. Ichinose and he was very nice and very thorough. He wasn’t rushing through the appointment like many doctors do. He addressed all my concerns and was able to create a care plan moving forward. I’m very happy with the care I received

I was referred to Dr. Chapman’s office for a surgery release and was treated with the utmost respect and found both Dr. Chapman and his entire staff to be very caring, courteous and professional. I was treated with dignity and felt as though I had been a part of their family for years, from the moment I first walked in the door.
