Got an a bad accident. Was at a standstill with a uhaul that rear ended me going 60-65 mph. Car totaled - slung across a couple lanes and off the road. Came in to get checked. I was generally ok - adrenaline was high so I couldn’t be sure. The staff gave a lot of rude remarks… my only problem is, what’s so wrong with making sure nothings wrong? I’m not a doctor. My family has a history of getting in accidents and issues appearing months later. Would not recommend if you can avoid it.
Just a quick update , Oklahoma Hospital South Side here a big thumb down. At 730pm Thurs 5/15/25 I was air lifted to OK Hospital for Chest Pains the only thing they did that 1st Responder of Lamar Ok & Hughes County EMT didn't do was a chest X-ray. At 1 am on 5/16/25 they discharged me. after I was waiting to find a way home I started hurting again so they readmitted me and gave a nitro pill and 3 hrs. more hours and discharged me again. SMH!!! Not only did they not see me in the ER after 6 hours after getting the echocardiogram that was planned, they billed me for things for the ER visit that was never performed and on top of that they build the VA again for the echocardiogram which is fraud. Stay away from here promise you the hounds you like debt collectors
Fell on Christmas Eve with instant swelling of cheekbone and eye orbit. Definitely a concussion. Went to emergency Christmas Day. I had CT scan of face and neck. Saw doctor for a minute. Did not examine me. Nurse came in and said nothing was broken. Threw my discharge paperwork on the bed and walked out. Will be getting a second opinion. I'm in my mid 60's with bad osteoporosis.
