Not only did they not see me in the ER after 6 hours after getting the echocardiogram that was planned, they billed me for things for the ER visit that was never performed and on top of that they build the VA again for the echocardiogram which is fraud. Stay away from here promise you the hounds you like debt collectors
Fell on Christmas Eve with instant swelling of cheekbone and eye orbit. Definitely a concussion. Went to emergency Christmas Day. I had CT scan of face and neck. Saw doctor for a minute. Did not examine me. Nurse came in and said nothing was broken. Threw my discharge paperwork on the bed and walked out. Will be getting a second opinion. I'm in my mid 60's with bad osteoporosis.
You better be dying otherwise THEY. DONT. CARE. They run EKG, heart enzymes and tell you that you don’t need fluids even when your skin stays up if pinched, your mouth is dry, you are nauseated and dizzy. This place does no real care. They say “it’s just the virus you have.” It’s horrible. Will not come back.
Do not go here unless this it's heart related. I went with severe pelvic pain. Dr came in one time asked questions, Didn't touch me just told me they don't have ultrasound for pelvic and couldn't help. That should be posted what ER services are treated. But they will charge you for the less than 2 hours with no help.
