Electricity isn’t free and they’ll leave you in the dark if you don’t pay your bill. The good news is if you’re going to be late on your bill, then they will work with you, they’re really good about that, you just gotta give them a call and be willing to wait on hold for a while.

Called to have my lights on before I came from Texas they confirmed they were on and I got way out here and they were not
Impossible to speak to a representative without going through automated hell. For the amount we pay we should have 24 hour customer service. They play games with their payment plans and disconnects, it’s always unpredictable whether I’m going to be able to work with them or not when we’re behind, leaving my family in the dark both literally and figuratively, during the coldest and hottest times of the year. When you finally find a person they’re patronizing and rude. Terrible company all around.
