We paid our bill. Bank said they have the money. We got a letter saying we did not pay. Tried for over a hour to talk to a real person. All we get is automated on how to pay. It should be illegal not to be able to take to a real person. Monopoly is illegal.
Horrible company, they do not care about their customers. It’s impossible to be able to pay your bill through them and the lack of common sense the people have at this company is shocking. I will be looking to take my business elsewhere.
They shut off electricity because someone tried to open new service at my address. Been here since 2008. Guy named Christian in customer service was very rude. Interrupted me almost every sentence I stated. Now they hint about possibly needing a security deposit. In 18yrs I'm late maybe 4 times. At 70yrs old & on oxygen, I don't need this crap, nor deserve it.
Terrible. I wish we had another options been with our electric since 4:27. Boooo
