Bad company
Recently moved to a new address. Transferred service from our previous address to the new address. About 10 days into living there we wake up with no power and they claimed we requested a disconnect which we most definitely didn’t. We had to re-pay the full deposit in order for them to turn on our power again with the first customer service agent claiming they sent out a check with the refund for our previous deposit. Sorry customer service! A year and a half ago OGE tree contractors sprayed a tree they designated for removal in our yard after removing another tree. They still have not removed the tree as 1/4/22. I have contacted them 5 times with absolutely no results. What does one have to do to get any action out of the people? It seems they just simply do not care.
Your companies customer service is absolutely horrible.
