Oklahoma Fidelity is awesome. I have been banking there for a couple of years and they are always courteous and professional. One time, their computers were down and they still let me cash a check for over $1,000 because they knew me and trusted me. Felt like a small hometown bank. Thanks Oklahoma Fidelity for being a great local bank!
I really Oklahoma Fidelity. They've always been very prompt and effecient when I go in for any transaction... Plus the tellers and management that i've encountered is always very accommodating and pleasant to deal with in general. Highly recommend
You would think being a bank they would exchange your $20 you have in $1 coins, since your home branch bank is atleast 30 miles away of a chase bank. They were the closest bank i could find off the highway and they refused service to me just because i didnt bank with them. Whether or not i bank with someone not one bank has ever turned me down of exchanging my money. 1st time for everything i suppose. Thankfully there was a Wewokie Credit Union around the corner that cashed in my $1 dollar coins. Very unprofessional to treat... read more
