The receptionist is rude, loud mouths you, over talks you, doesnt try to understand your issues, and hangs up in your face. She needs to be fired for her unprofessionalism. No matter how many complaints they get on these people over the years, they still allow them to work here and interact with the public the messed up way that they do. If your not going to replace the workers, the RETRAIN them. They act like they are answering their home and cell phones.

I’ve lived in this housing for five years without a single issue—until today. The inspector (yvonne bullion) who came to my unit was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She falsely accused me of cussing at her and having an attitude, which could not be further from the truth. I’m a grown woman and carry myself with more grace and maturity than that.
