Brent Ferris is a great counselor!! However, there is one woman there named Cindy, that does various things around the office, answers phone on occasion, makes appointment reminder calls, etc; that is very short and rude every time I talk to her. It doesn’t even matter what it’s about. She ALWAYS sounds or acts (in person) annoyed and put out. So much so that I’m no longer comfortable when I go there.
