I’ve used Oklahoma Chiller as my servicing contractor for over a year, their employees from top to bottom are all top notch, and incredibly professional. Cade is our main technician, his knowledge and expertise is amazing.
Totally incompetent crew took 6 hrs on a service call to identify a problem on a KKT Krause Chiller. The part they said was malfunctioning ( fan motor) worked, we had ordered that part from the manufacturer for $ 6800 which now has to be returned.the freight costs for the return is $1600. The problem was a coolant leak not any of the components they misidentified as faulty.
