If I could give a negative star I would but unfortunately I can’t. This place is a joke! My daughter was referred to OU children’s for two masses on her brain. My concerns as a mother were dismissed more times than I know what to do with. My daughter continued to decline and instead of doing anything about it they blamed it on a disease that she has had her whole life and we were told she is a CARRIER OF NOT HAD! My daughter River was not the easiest to diagnose and has rare brain malformations. She was far from text book but Dr. Ira Bowen never gave up. He answered my million messages at all times of day and was always there for my daughter through the whole process. The biggest thing is he listened to me and we worked together to find the best solution for River. She had four brain surgeries/procedures and everything went perfect. Dr. Jea has been the best thing for my family. Always very communicative and kind throughout my daughters time seeing him.
My families experience here has been great since the moment we arrived and even after surgery. My baby was 3 months old and they took care of him as if he was theirs and I couldn't have asked for a better team! Dr Sader and his team are literally god sent and the best. Highly recommend.
My son was referred to an OU neurosurgeon. It’s been months, still haven’t seen the doctor. He got called into emergency surgery while we were waiting for our appointment. The student doctor said he ordered more imaging suspecting a broken bone in his spine/pelvic area. And yet months later, zero contact. I’ve called and left messages, none have been returned.
