They do not try to understand complex cases.
The PSR or Receptionist at this clinic is rude as hell. I’m an OU employee who’s also a PSR and this lady was scoffing at me rolling her eyes at me the entire time I was trying to check in. We are literally taught in healthcare to treat people with kindness lol. Get a different job please!
I went at around noon and took me awhile to look for a parking spot.
They cancelled my daughter's appointment and told me they would call back to reschedule. No call and I can not get through on the phone. We have never seen the doctor. Just virtual calls. Seems like we are getting no where.
