We were referred here and the doctor seemed dismissive with lack of urgency. I'm confused.
1. The front desk here is sooooooo rude and unhelpful. She has so much attitude. Not sure why but she was all smiley with a different family then was all sassy with me so I answered her the same way. Both of them are always like this but today was worse. I drove all the way from Choctaw because they wouldn’t assist over the phone even though I explained 1 million times about the form. Absolutely wonderful staff and doctors are very helpful and knowledgeable.
Daughter was diagnosed and pressured into using this service line based on the lie that Dr. Meyer is the only option in the region. They kept her inpatient over the holiday weekend miscalculated her carbs for a half dozen meals. Refused to discharge her until our family took a poorly taught class by a bored educator. The whole thing felt like an attempt to drive inpatient admissions. Because they certainly weren't bringing her sugars down the first 3 days.
