Went to see Dr. Sutes in mid-June for asthma and allergy testing. I waited over an hour in the room once I was called back, which is ridiculous. I wasn't give full asthma testing; a guy came in with a hose, told me to blow into it as hard and fast as I could and that was it. No other pulmonary function testing even though I'm clearly asthmatic. No Methacholane test (which is the standard when testing for Asthma), no nothing. I was told to show up 930 for an appointment. Ended up sitting in the waiting room till 1040. Fun facts: the time is now 1139 and we have been moved from the lobby to the back room and waiting. I receive a response faster for my review than actually being seen. Let that sink in.
I was dreading doing a telehealth visit but it went very smoothly. And Ms. Rollins was thorough, knowledgeable and funny.
Very friendly staff and doctors! I’ve had allergies all my life and have difficulty breathing, smelling and tasting. After working with this office for about 4 years, paying thousands of dollars (insurance doesn’t cover much here) and getting hundreds of injections, my allergies remain the same, I can’t taste or smell. I’m not saying this place is a scam but don’t go here and expect to be healed. I admit it’s possible my allergies might be 2-3% better but I can’t say it’s worth the 10’s of thousands of dollars paid and that ... read more
