I was a patient here for over 10 years. When Matthew Russell was actively seeing patients, the care was excellent—thorough, patient-focused, and trustworthy. Unfortunately, since his shift to surgery-only work, the standard of care has collapsed. The practice now appears driven by profit rather than patient safety.
