So difficult to find good sushi in this area. This one is on the top 5 judging food only, cleanliness and appearance make raw fish not appealing but I am super picky too.
We went in this past Saturday July 18th round 530ish. Rosa was our server I believe. She was super friendly , inviting, and quick with the order process. She was getting her butt kicked a bit due to training and it seemed to be her on the floor by herself while also dealing with all the high number of Togo orders throughout the service but kept a good mind and did a great job! We pass by this place so often and have never take the time to dine in. Today we changed that ! I am so happy we did ! We ordered 3 different sushi rolls and they were AMAZING. We have been going to the same place for 5 years for sushi and that all changed today. The hibachi vegetables were delicious. We should have left when we noticed the ac wasn't working that great. It smelled of sour cloth in the air. We decided we'd still try it out. The miso soup was not miso it was beef broth with mushrooms not good at all. My daughter's sushi roll was beautiful and she enjoyed it. My husband's bento box was beautiful and the chicken was tender and very good flavor. My steak hibachi was ok. (I ordered rare it was medium well) veggies were very small portion. Tried the Rainbow Roll and it was beautifully presented. The fish was fresh and every bite tasted amazing.
