Terrible customer service and the owner is ignorant. I reached out 5 times via phone and messages to make a purchase and all I got in response was “sorry girl” “sorry I forgot” “remind me tomorrow” after the last attempt I said forget it!! There are plenty of other great shop/boutiques that would appreciate my business.
Kathryn always does an amazing job with my hair and everyone is super friendly.
