Okie Flow is the best gym I’ve ever been to! The group workouts are up-beat, fun and so rewarding. The trainers are all incredibly knowledgable and make the classes fun and interactive. As soon as you join them, they see you as a peer and value everyone highly. Also, hey are very reasonable compared to other CrossFit gyms. Child care on site is perfect and they are open to having kids on the floor with you if they have a hard time in child care. Go check it out for yourself.
Truly an amazing place to be! The owners and every single coach cares about you and meets you where you are fitness wise! Working out with family/friends is so much cooler! Don’t hesitate one more day, you won’t regret it!
This place is amazing. From the coaches to the people, it’s such an encouraging and enjoyable hour of your day. You can tell there is genuine care for every song person that walks into the gym, regardless of who they are or what their abilities are. Highly recommend giving Okie Flow a try, you truly won’t regret it!
Seriously the BEST gym I have ever been too. The coaches, the family atmosphere, the endless levels and options of training to choose from, the people…I can’t say enough good things about Okie Flow Fitness. There’s no other place like it!
