Total garbage! The system rushes you through and your car will come out scratched up and potentially have messed up wheels. Not sure what is going on or what is attached to some of these things inside there that could be scratching things up and messing things up, but I heard a few loud bangs and then when I came out, I have a hole in my wheel one of my wheels is halfway ripped off. What’s really going on? The only reason I gave it two stars is because the vacuums work really well.
Manager has no clue how to support customers. I was stuck in between cars for 15 minutes in right lane while they refused to assist a customer that was having issues with his pass. As a result of my disabilities I could not allow to wait any longer so I used my pass to allow the customer to continue. No more towels I've been there 3 times.
Good car wash. It's just about my favorite in Oklahoma. Rodney even sprayed the mud off of my Nerf bars before the wash. Much appreciated!
