Expect an attitude from the employees every time. You might even get cussed out if you're lucky. I'm just trying to get a car wash and see no point in paying monthly when your competitor has much better customer service and location variety.
JC was great! He was very polite and professional. I came in after a road trip and he made sure all of the bugs on my car were removed. His customer service was top notch!
