The brushes scratched the top of my car. I filed a report over a month ago and have yet to hear from the manager. I’ve called a few times and they’re never available. Usually my husband washes the car but he was out of town so I decided to have his car washed before he got back. He normally does it himself with his pressure washer. Service is declining! They used to spray down the entire car! Today he sprayed the windshield then hung up the wand and started looking at his phone! Associates and UNLIMITED MEMBER I felt disappointed! If it continues I will cancel and start a new membership somewhere else!
